Property Specific Notes:

– 24 hours lead time is required for the owner before arrival or access.
– Elevator from the basement car park is currently not operational. Please use the stairs to reach the ground level to call the lift. A new elevator is scheduled to be installed in November.

Security Bond
A $500 security bond is required. This bond will be processed via a pre-authorization on the credit card presented at check-in. The card must be in the name of the person (or company) who made the booking.

For after-hours arrivals, the bond may be paid by either:
a) charging a debit or credit card in the name of the booking, or
b) depositing cleared funds via EFT to our trust account at least five days before arrival.

*IMPORTANT: Access to the property will only be provided once this process is completed.*
