The home features four comfortable queen bedrooms on the ground level, including an ensuite master with walk-in robe and three additional rooms with built-in robes. Bathrooms are well-equipped with showers, vanities and separate toilets for convenience. A modern kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and full cookware flows into inviting lounge spaces fitted with smart entertainment for cosy evenings indoors.

Outside, a secure fenced rear area offers a safe spot for pets (garage and fenced zone only, subject to approval), while the garage provides excellent storage or space for jet skis. A balcony and courtyard provide breezy spots to unwind, and an outdoor BBQ adds to the holiday atmosphere along with outdoor dining for 8 and a bar table .
