Guests access the house via a lockbox located onsite. You will receive the instructions and code 3 days prior to your stay.

We are available on call between 8am and 9pm to help you with any issues during your stay. Otherwise you will be given complete privacy during your stay.

This is a quiet residential area located in Jacks Point. Please noet that there are noise restrictions for outside use after 10pm.

A car is ideal for this location but there is a handy bus stop 4 minutes walk away that can take you to Frankton, Queenstown or Arrowtown. A trip (per sector) costs just $2 with a BEE card that can be purchased at the main bus stop in town or the airport.
