* Access is via a lockbox which will be sent 3 days prior to your arrival.

* We are available on call between 8am and 9pm during your stay for any issues. Otherwise you will be given complete privacy during your stay.

*This apartment is located inside the Spinnaker Bay complex of apartments but is operated independently – you can still use the facilities available to other guests such as the pool and sauna. The apartment is around a 20 minute walk to town – either along the lake front or via Frankton Road.

* A car is the best way to see all the local attractions and is an easy drive to Queenstown or Arrowtown. There is a bus right outside the complex that can take bikes and cost just $2.50 per trip with a BEE card. These can be purchased from the main bus stop in Queenstown.
It is also worth noting that a lot of local tourist activities will pick up you a near by hotel (bike and winery tours, ski shuttles, rafting etc).

– Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability please inquire 48 hours prior to your arrival.
– Cleaning services are available during your stay for an additional cost. Contact us and we can organize this for you.
– There is an allocated car park with this apartment – please note it is located at the top of the driveway and you will need to walk the driveway to access the apartment. There is no parking past reception as this is allocated for hotel guests.

– The pool is part of the Spinnaker Bay complex, and while tthey make every effort to ensure it is operational during your stay, it may occasionally be closed for routine seasonal maintenance. These closures typically occur during low season, but pool availability cannot be guaranteed year-round. If access to the pool is important to your stay, please contact us to confirm its availability. No refunds are provided for routine maintenance closures.

Please note that the exterior of the Spinnaker Bay complex will be repainted starting March 2026.

The work will be carried out in stages, so some units may have visible scaffolding during this period.
