Aqua Linea features undercover security parking for 1 car, a large north facing swimming pool and Aqua Linea has a sunny north facing pool and a jetty to pick up and alight from a boat. (Please note that no watercrafts are to be moored at the jetty).
This is a top floor penthouse – 3 flights of stairs.

Entertainment includes New 55 inch Smart Sony TV & DvD – log in to Netflix with your own account to watch your favourite shows. Plus Free wifi and Stereo with CD.

There is an over stocked gourmet kitchen including a dishwasher & microwave. Also, full Laundry Facilities.

The property is carpeted throughout, has ceiling fans, flyscreens and a single Lock-up Garage.

Please note this is a non-smoking unit and is located on the third floor and only has stair access.

Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc. ( to get you through your first night) . Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that ‘check out’ is no later than 10.00am and ‘check in’ is not before 3.00 pm.

**Please note that the pool in the complex adjacent to Aqua Linea will be going under renovations from the 28 April for approximately two weeks. These may affect the use of the pool in Aqua Linea.
