The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals with ease, including an oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and generous dining space. A second, separate living area provides the perfect retreat for children or teenagers, giving everyone room to spread out and enjoy their holiday.

Step outside to the front balcony, the home’s main outdoor entertaining area, where you can take in the sea views while enjoying outdoor seating and a BBQ. After a day exploring the Surf Coast, rinse off in the outdoor shower before settling in for a relaxed evening. All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
