You’re just a 5-minute drive from the public boat ramp—perfect for fishing trips, kayaking, or lazy afternoons cruising the lake. And with Coles only 10 minutes away, picking up the essentials (or last-minute snacks!) is quick and easy.
Love fishing or boating? This is your spot. And yes, your furry friends are welcome to join you! Just make sure to get written approval beforehand and they can enjoy the fully fenced yard right alongside you.
Important Advice for Fishing Guests:
Guests wishing to fish in Lake Macquarie must follow the rules outlined in the Fisheries Management Act 1994. This includes holding a fishing license if needed, adhering to bag and size limits, and avoiding restricted areas.
A few safety reminders:
Razor clams are found in parts of the lake. Please always wear sturdy footwear when walking through shallow water or along rocky edges.
Crab pots must never be placed near moored boats—these can drift and cause serious (and expensive!) damage. In some cases, repairs have reached up to $20,000. If you plan to use crab pots, please choose placement locations responsibly and respect nearby vessels and neighbours.

How We Price:
Our rates are based on a minimum number of guests. Additional guests are charged per person, per night. Simply enter your guest numbers to get an accurate quote. Please note: guest reductions are non-refundable once booked.
Arrival Details:
Getting in is easy! You’ll receive your unique access code via SMS just before 3pm on your check-in day. This code will work throughout your stay.
Standard check-in is from 3pm
Early check-in may be available, but we won’t know until the day before. If it is, we’ll confirm by 4pm via SMS
Linen: You’ll arrive to find all beds made with fresh linen and a soft bath towel for each guest. For longer stays, you might like to bring along some extra towels. Please remember to pack your own towels for the pool, lake, or beach.
Guest Amenities: We’re proudly eco-friendly! To help reduce waste, we provide a single bottle of 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash in each shower. If you have personal favourites, feel free to bring your own bathroom essentials.
Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided by the property owner for your convenience. While we aim to keep you connected, please note it’s provided by an external provider, so speeds and connectivity may vary. We’re unable to offer compensation for interruptions—but we hope you’ll be too relaxed to notice!
Pets: Furry family members are welcome—just make sure to get written approval before your stay.
Here’s what to keep in mind:
Please bring your own pet bedding, food bowls, and waste bags.
Pets must stay off all furniture, rugs, carpeted areas, beds, and linen.
Never leave pets unattended inside. Your four-legged friend should be with you at all times.
Please note: While our fencing is secure, we always recommend keeping an eye on your pets—especially near waterways, neighbouring animals, or rural surroundings. A bond may apply for any pet-related damage or if rules aren’t followed.
No Party Policy: We’re all about fun—but not at the expense of peace and quiet. This property is in a residential area and operates under a strict no-party and low-noise policy, as required by NSW legislation. Failure to follow these rules may result in eviction and loss of your bond. We’d rather avoid that—and we’re sure you would too!
Extra Guests / Visitors: Only the number of guests included in your booking can be on the property at any time, including visitors. If you’d like to invite someone over (say, Mum and Dad for a BBQ), just check with us first. We’re happy to approve reasonable requests, but large unapproved gatherings could lead to cancellation.
Cameras and Noise Monitoring: For security and compliance, the property has an external camera at the front entry and a noise monitoring device. These are there to help us all do the right thing. Tampering with these devices could result in penalties, so please leave them be.
Guest Registration / ID Check: Before you arrive, we’ll need all guests to complete a simple registration form and provide a copy of valid ID (like a driver’s licence or passport). The main guest will also list the names and contact numbers of everyone in the group—just in case we can’t reach the primary guest. Don’t worry, your details are deleted after your stay.
Critical Update: Due to a rise in fraudulent bookings, any last-minute bookings (within 5 days of arrival) must provide a valid photo ID and matching credit card in the name of the guest. If names don’t match, the booking will be cancelled and funds returned. This is for everyone’s protection—we appreciate your understanding.
Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing affordable travel insurance to cover unexpected disruptions like event cancellations, illness, or emergencies. Providers like Cover-More, Travel Insurance Direct, or Insureandgo offer good domestic plans that can give you peace of mind.
