**Cameras & Noise Monitoring:**

There are 2 external security cameras installed at the property. One camera is positioned to view the front door area and a second camera located on the back deck towards the beach and the reserve. These are for external security monitoring only. (The owner reserves the right at any time to install additional external cameras at their discretion). All cameras are installed in line with local regulations. A noise monitoring device is installed – fines apply to guests found to have disconnected, removed or damaged the noise device.
