With 25 years of hospitality experience, Will Creedon has successfully operated multiple styles of tourism and leisure businesses across the globe.
Born and bred in Ireland, Will settled in Australia almost 20 years ago to work with the Roche family, developing the popular Harrigans Irish Pubs chain, assisting in the establishment and as General Manager of Hunter Valley Gardens, incorporating the southern hemisphere's largest commercial attraction garden as well as numerous associated hospitality businesses.
In December 2008, Will ventured to Newcastle, to operate a well known hotel and since has owned, grown and managed a number of successful restaurants, cafes, bars and accommodation offerings, as well as establishing numerous community events. Will has committed himself to help position the Hunter as a tourism destination, to ensure it continues to grow through events, infrastructure, experiences and activities and to advocate to all levels of government.
Will can often be spotted with his wife Karen and stepson Max (the tap dancer), taking in the activities across the region, from their home in Newcastle.
Simon Glover began his career in hospitality over 25 years ago at the Hilton Hotel in Brisbane. His passion for hotels and accommodation has led him to a successful career as a hotel manager.
Simon managed the Sebel Kirkton Park at the Hunter Valley. He was responsible for opening Novotel Newcastle Beach (formely known as The Sebel) in 2010 and later the Mercure Newcastle Airport in 2015 serving as the General Manager for both properties.
Simon has a passion for surf and surf lifesaving, good wine (particularly local wines from the Hunter Valley), dining out and travel.
He lives with his wife, Samantha and two daughters, Bronte and Emily in Newcastle.
General Manager - Short Term Rentals
A Newcastle boy through and through, Paul has a natural rapport with the community and local tradies, giving the support needed on the ground, to keep things running smoothly.
Paul puts his high standards for customer service down to disciplines acquired during his early years of military service and the facilitation skills he gained working in the immigration and justice industries. Yet he is still able to bring a sense of humour to the table, even when the pressure is on.
Paul has an open door policy and makes a point of being approachable.
He lives in Newcastle with his wife and can be seen on one of his motorbikes in his free time.
Licensee, New Landlord Liaison
Dawn bring to us over 30 years experience in the industry. Her introduction to the industry was from the grass roots, as a manager and owner operator in the hospitality industry including accommodation, restaurants, group tours and a wedding and conference centre.
17 years ago Dawn secured her Real Estate Licence and has been the Licensee of Nelson Bay Real Estate, Accom Nelson Bay and now alloggio. She has been involved in all aspects of real estate including sales, Trust Accounting, Tribunal hearings and permanent, commercial and holiday letting.
Dawn is keen to contribute her past experience in this field and to embrace what the future can offer.
Dawn lives in Port Stephens with her husband George (who spend most of his time on the golf course), is a keen gardener, reader, occasional golfer and likes to socialise!
A Port Stephens local, Pip has been involved in the tourism industry for over 20 years. After graduating from university with a Bachelor of Social Science (Recreation & Tourism), she joined Moonshadow Cruises and worked in their Sales and Marketing team for 12 years, as their fleet of vessels grew, Port Stephens 4WD was also acquired and a focus on increasing both the domestic and international market was achieved.
Nine years ago Pip joined Port Stephens Accommodation as Marketing and Business Development Coordinator, looking after the website, distribution channels, social media, newsletters and advertising. In 2016 she completed her Real Estate Licence and in 2017 joined the alloggio team in a similar role.
Pip lives in Port Stephens with her husband Richard and son Lucas and when she isn’t running her son to soccer training and games, she enjoys being outdoors, walking, bike riding, boating, as well as a spot of cooking, good wine and shopping.
As a Chartered Accountant, Craig has gained experience in many areas of finance, but his real passion is implementing financial management reporting systems to help people better understand their business peformance. He is a numbers translator and is skilled at making complicated financial figures easy to understand.
He describes himself as ‘loyal, dependable, patient, generous and fair,’… as you would expect from an Accountant.
Craig is also a Newcastle boy and has a wife Sam and young family. Outside of work he loves hanging out with his family and going on little family adventures.
Mel has always lived in Port Stephens and brings a lifetime of local knowledge to her years of experience working in local real estate. She has worked for a number of Port Stephens agencies in permanent rentals, strata and in holiday rentals, and holds her Certificate of Registration.
Mel has a can do attitude and a contagious positivity, ensuring the best possible experience for owners and guests.
She believe “Good property management comes down to your integrity and commitment. It is important to be down to earth and authentic. People appreciate it when they know you’re genuine and sensitive to their needs.”
Melinda lives in Port Stephens with her husband and two children, and is an animal lover and owner of two cats and a dog.
Sarah has has come from PRDnationwide Port Stephens and has joined the alloggio team to look after the portfolio of short term rentals acquired from PRD.
Sarah made the sea change from her home town of Newcastle to Port Stephens and has seven years experiece in real estate, including roles in sales support and in holiday rentals. Her approach is to keep an open ear to owners, so day to day issues are dealt with before they become bigger problems.

Sarah lives at Shoal Bay and is also undertaking a Law Degree in her spare time!
Michele has settled in Port Stephens in February 2019 after two years travelling Australia and falling in love with the area.
Having over six year experience in Property Management, predominently in Noosa and Melbourne, Michele is currently obtaining her NSW Certificate of Registration. She brings to alloggio a wealth of practical experience in property management and short term letting. She enjoys problem solving, facilitation and has a strong customer service focus.
Michele is living in Nelson Bay and enjoys walking, fishing and exploring the local area.
Megan has over 20 years experience in Accounts roles, mostly in the Finance sector, with considerable time working at GMAC Australia. She assisted with the closure of GMC Australia when the decision was made to leave the Australia market. Megan has since been involved in the preparation and transition of two portfolio sales.
For the past three years Megan has been involved in the Real Estate industry with both Winning Holidays and alloggio, enjoying all aspects of Trust Accounting. She has loved working in accounts roles throughout her career and takes pride in ensuring she provides support to the rest of the company and clients.
Megan lives in Newcastle and enjoys spending time with her three great kids and dog, at the beach, rollerblading, snow skiing, catching up with friends or watching a movie together. She has also been known to pick up a drill or sander and start a project around the house, or to be found relaxing in her tropical backyard.
Sue has 25 years experience in Financial and HR roles within a wide range of businesses, including hospitality, construction, labour hire and the IT industry. She has worked for Will Creedon over the last 10 years as Senior Bookkeeper in his various ventures. Sue has enjoyed the challenge of her constantly changing roles and responsibilities within this growing company.
Sue is loyal, courteous, determined, hard working and positive.
Born in the UK, Sue has been a Newcastle local since she was four years old. She enjoys going to the beach, walking, exercise, good food, good wine, great music and lots of travel. She live in Lake Macquarie with her husband Gavin, daughter Bethany and son Ben.
Louise and Neill Wagstaff
Managers, Bathurst Apartments
Neill and Louise have 20 years experience in both relief and permanent motel management. From small boutique properties to todays’ 60 studio apartments and everything in between.
Previously Louise has worked in both wholesale and retail travel and during this time has been involved in creating and hosting group travel packages to all parts of the world. Whilst Neill has a background in sales and marketing and more recently had his own handyman businss.
Neill and Louise are enjoying exploring Bathurst since they relocated there in November 2018, in particular they have been sampling the local produce at cafes and restaurants and tasting the local wines.
Nicole has over 14 years experience within the hospitality industry and has worked in several 4.5 star hotels within Australia including Melbourne and the Hunter Valley. Nicole worked her way from starting as a front office agent, to reservations supervisor then onto front office and reservations manager, before coming to alloggio as our Reservations Manager. Nicole has a real passion for reservations and enjoys all aspects of the industry.
Nicole has a can do attitude and is highly proficient in problem solving and ensuring great customer service. She recognises staff potential to ensure the team continues to learn and grow.
She lives in Newcastle with her two children, Arabella and River, and really enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to music concerts, dancing, dining out and good wine.
Projects and IT Coordinator
Michael has over 15 years experience of IT technical background and 10 years of end to end project management and business analysis experience, working for IBM, Insentra and a range of government projects . He uses initiative, judgement and planning skills to oversee the successful implementation of key projects.
With a goal of completing projects on time, within budget and with successful outcomes, Michael is moving alloggio well into the future
Michael is based in Sydney with his wife and children.
Celil (Cecil) Buyukkaya
Cecil has been challenging himself in the digital field since 1997, beginning in Turkey and then moving to Australia in 2010. Cecil has worked for Inonu University, Hewlett Packard, GRP Technology, IBM, Synergy IT in primarily ICT Engineering positions. He is a very logical thinker and has an enthusiasm for learning and staying up to date with the latest IT and software trends and developments..
We have set Cecil a number of tasks and responsibilities around our digital presence, SEO, digital marketing and the architecture of our websites,
Cecil is based in Sydney with his wife, and has been known to work some unsociable hours when consumed by a project.
