The popular local café, The Top Shop, is literally around the corner offering delicious coffee and meals. The brief walk to Clarkes Beach includes a charming pathway through a beautiful reserve section.

The cottage boasts 3 generous bedrooms, including a master suite with built-in wardrobe, ensuite, and air conditioning. Accommodating up to 6 guests, you’ll enjoy a queen bed in one bedroom, with the flexibility of a king or 2 king singles in each of the other 2 bedrooms.

Separate from the sleeping quarters, relax in the air-conditioned living area where you can unwind with drinks among friends or enjoy a film on the large comfortable lounge suite. The spacious lounge room can be closed off from the main living area, allowing for multiple activities simultaneously.

The expansive kitchen and dining space embraces the outdoors with walls of windows overlooking lush tropical gardens and entertainment areas. The coastal-inspired kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso coffee machine (starter pack of pods provided). Adjacent to the kitchen and dining area, the covered deck creates a perfect setting for alfresco dining and entertaining, overlooking the inviting heated swimming pool.

A collection of books, magazines, games, and children’s items ensures entertainment for all ages. Designed to capture sunlight and cooling breezes, outdoor features include a delightful cubby and sandpit, ideal for young explorers.

We absolutely loved the house. It has everything you needed i.e. beach towels, cheese knives, plastic kitchen ware etc. Overall a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Beautiful house, well styled & clean

We booked the house for 5 nights (pre-wedding accommodation for us and for our family the night of our wedding). It was a beautiful house, well styled, clean and open plan. The deck and pool were great for entertaining. The neighborhood was quiet, so it was a very pleasant experience. Check in was very easy and straight forward – good communication. We would book the house again if we return to Byron in the near future.

A home away from home

“All the little touches that made this house feel like a home away from home. Travelling with a young family it was good to have all the baby equipment/furniture and sand toys available. Also really appreciated the wifi with sonos speakers. Even though it was winter we still thoroughly enjoyed the beach. Mr 7 couldn’t stop talking about how much he loved his surf lessons.”

Beautiful house near the beach and shops

A beautiful house in a lovely quiet location within an easy walk to the beach and shops. This was one of our favourite holidays ever. Beautifully styled, open, airy and light filled complementing the vibe of lovely Byron Bay. Loved the massive back deck, large kitchen and comfy beds. Thanks for a fabulous holiday and we hope to return!
