This stunning, top floor unit will comfortably sleep 4 in a Queen and 2 single beds, and features all the modern conveniences such as quality appliances, reverse-cycle air-conditioning in both bedrooms, ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms, free Wi-Fi and 2 x TVs. The main TV is an Amazon Firestick TV which works like a Smart TV, allowing guests to watch streaming services, Apple Airplay ad Chromecast etc. It also has an “Echo Show 5” Smart speaker/display. In addition there is a DVD player and DVD collection for guests’ use. Other features include and iPod/iPhone dock, CD player and Weber BBQ. There is also a high-chair and Port-a-cot supplied.

Alinga offers a choice of 2 balconies, with the main balcony boasting spectacular views across to Kings Beach and out to the shipping lanes. The unit is a 3rd floor walk-up. The complex offers an in-ground pool and a lock-up garage.

(price includes spare single mattress), or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual pricing review by the linen hire company).***
