This apartment is Ideally located between Fitzroy and Strandon with the coastal walkway and Fitzroy Village just short stroll away. The local beach is just around the corner and the CBD an easy drive. The lounge area is open plan and includes a modern kitchenette with a microwave, bar fridge, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities. There is no oven only a small hob so you won’t be able to cook a full meal but there are some great eateries within easy walking distance.

The master bedroom has sliding door to offer privacy, King bed, storage that flows into the stylish tiled ensuite bathroom. A fabulous place to base yourself whether you are here for business or leisure. The many character features and beautiful lead light windows, high feature ceilings create a welcome sense of space and charm. Dedicated off street parking for residence adjacent to the apartment on quiet side street. This inviting property offers a spacious and comfortable retreat, perfect for relaxation and convenience. Featuring a private fenced courtyard with a tranquil established garden patio with a small water feature a peaceful outdoor space to unwind. A safe space for your dog to enjoy a holiday with you. The lounge area includes a smart TV for your entertainment, connecting to the WiFi, while the kitchen is equipped for basic cooking to enhance your stay. The property is conveniently located close to beautiful beaches, a golf course, and a variety of cafés and local shops within 3 km. Please note that the property is close to the main road and does not have double glazing. Entry is elevated, with stairs leading up from the car park.

Checkin: The Apartment is attached to the main house but has its own private entrance and outdoor area. We operate on a self-check-in and check-out basis but are on call if need be.

Noise: Although the central location is very convenient, you do get traffic noise.
Pets: Well behaved dogs are welcome. Please message us when booking.
Please Note The Cleaning Fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.
