Aroha Homestead is beautifully designed large holiday home in Queenstown with a spa, an open plan floorplan, high feature ceilings and luxurious interior finishes throughout. The property is ideal for entertaining with two living areas (both with large open fireplaces) and a fully equipped kitchen and butler’s pantry. Inside the main homestead there are four bedrooms, plus a separate self-contained unit downstairs contains the fifth bedroom alongside a private lounge, kitchen and courtyard. The sixth bedroom can be found in another self-contained unit above the garage (not attached to the main house) which also has a kitchenette, lounge area and bathroom.
This home has been designed to take advantage of its dream location in Queenstown with a selection of outstanding outdoor living spaces: Take a dip in the villa’s private spa pool or curl up by the roaring wood fire under the sheltered outdoor seating area and gaze out over the lake and mountain range on one side of the house, or enjoy watching the golfers play a round of golf and spot a spectacular waterfall on the other side of the home. The outdoor space also includes extensive furniture, a petanque court and BBQ for outdoor dining and relaxation.
Location is everything for this peaceful retreat, which is only a short walk to the Millbrook Resort facilities including the golf course, a selection of restaurants and bars and spa facilities. It only takes less than 5 minutes to drive to the heart of Arrowtown, and just a few minutes’ drive down the road in the other direction will find you at some of the regions favourite cellar door tasting rooms and restaurants.
We can’t get enough of the roaring outdoor and indoor fires. The views and location to Millbrook and Arrowtown make this large holiday home in Queenstown with a spa one we never want to leave.
