An enviable wraparound courtyard/balcony boasts plenty of outdoor entertaining space, and the fresh and inviting open plan living area offers a comfortable lounge, ducted air-conditioning and Smart TV with free WIFI. The dining area has a 6-seater dining table, and the contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, cooktop, oven and microwave. All 3 bedrooms have access out to the private courtyard, and the main bedroom is comfortably fitted with a queen bed and private ensuite with shower and toilet, while the 2nd bedroom has a double bed and the 3rd offers a bunk bed.
