This lovely, quiet retreat is located right on the Soldiers Point foreshore, only a short stroll (300m) from restaurants, cafes and tennis courts. Take a walk, throw a line in, enjoy a swim, bask in the morning sunrises, and enjoy the public picnic and BBQ facilities along the foreshore. Soldiers Point boat ramp is 250m away and is a great place to fish, view pelicans feeding off fish scraps and enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Wanda Beach shops are only 2.5km away offering village shops, takeaways, a bakery and butcher, plus more, and the thriving Nelson Bay CBD is 10km away.

Step inside to an airy, open plan living area with a comfortable lounge suite, a 42″ LCD TV, DVD, and a 6-seater dining setting, alongside a modern, well equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge and full cooking facilities, and a breakfast bar with bar stools. A front balcony with outdoor setting faces the waterfront with nothing but the ocean, trees and headlands to interfere. Sit back, relax and enjoy the breathtaking, panoramic view.

The main bedroom features a queen bed with built-in robe, and the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, a TV and DVD player. The bathroom offers a bath, shower, and separate powder room, and an internal laundry offers a washing machine and clothes dryer. Allocated parking is available opposite the locked garages.
