Located directly across the road from beautiful Mollymook Beach, this spacious ground floor apartment has everything you need for a coastal escape. The Fathoms apartment complex includes a communal swimming pool, BBQ area and tennis court.

With no stairs to access, this ground floor apartment offers easy access for everyone after a day out exploring this beautiful area.

*Location
Enjoy being just across the road to Mollymook Beach to surf the waves, enjoy the sun and relax by the sea. The beach is patrolled in the summer months. Fishing rods are provided in your apartment, so you can even try your luck at bringing in a catch for dinner. Along the waterfront, you’ll find the surf club, a playground, BBQ and picnic facilities and plenty of cafes.

You’re also a very short walk (650m) to the Mollymook Golf Club with its scenic and social 9-holes Beachside course, while the challenging 19-hole Championship Hilltop course’s tree-lined fairways are just behind the apartment with a short drive to the first hole.

*Living and Entertainment Space
This cosy ground floor apartment has open plan living and kitchen, with comfortable lounges, a TV and WiFi. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, cooktop, microwave and fridge.

The living room opens out to a patio with outdoor furniture. Listen to the sound of the ocean and feel the lovely cool breeze out on the patio after a day down the beach. A second patio flows on from the master bedroom.

The communal complex grounds offer fantastic spaces to enjoy your holiday… take a refreshing dip and lounge around by the communal pool and BBQ area, or work up a sweat on the tennis court – or both, if you wish. For your extra convenience, tennis rackets and balls are supplied so don’t worry about packing these.

A three-in-one piece of Byron Bay bliss

Wanting to escape the busy streets and bars of Byron Bay, we head to this beautiful holiday home just five minutes drive from the centre of town. Immediately the vibe changes; especially when we hear the breaking of the waves and the quiet laughter of caf goers nearby. The whole property consists of three separate properties that can be booked as a whole: the garden villa, the studio and penthouse (where we are staying). The surrounding gardens feel Bali-inspired. There are birds singing, the palm trees that offer shade to the large balcony, lizards sunning themselves on the stairs and the sound of the wind through the foilage. Its so relaxing. Inside, its cosy despite the fact the villa sleeps six, and the biggest couch I have ever seen borders the living room. Upstairs the master bedroom quickly becomes my favourite room. It feels like a luxury tree house, with views across the tree tops, a huge comfy bed and a beautiful bathroom. Before I venture out to the nearby Belongil Beach (an extension of Byrons Main Beach) , I cool down in the private plunge pool. With wet hair and a relaxed smile, I grab a smoothie from the local caf, the wonderful Treehouse on Belongil, and stroll to the beach. Its less crowded, with inviting waves and lots of birdlife. And the best part? Its only 100 metres back to my own private pool and personal treehouse.

Great place for a weekend away, the apartment had everything we needed for two couples and was in the best location. Only negative was the parking, don’t even bother trying to get your car in there, you will need to park in the street.
