** Neighborhood **

Originally farmland the Jacks Point Estate has been developed trying to keep the 3,000 acres in harmony with their original surroundings. From the planting of native fauna to the design of the houses this estate was 15 years in the planning.
Jacks Point is home to the acclaimed 18 hole Championship Golf Course, it has extensive mountain bike and walking trails, tennis courts, playground, sports fields and not to forget the Clubhouse and Restaurant which sit on the picturesque Lake Tewa which is also available for fly fishing. Here in Jacks Point we embrace the lifestyle and enjoy nature.

Guests have full access to the house except our storage cupboard.

** Space **

This modern newly built 5 bedroom home has lots of space for everyone both inside and out. Upon opening the front door you are meet with a large entrance area which leads off to the downstairs bedrooms on the left or through to the Theatre room, separate sitting area which is perfect for relaxing with a book and taking in the view. From there you go through into the main living areas with open plan living, dining and kitchen area.

The kitchen is a cooks dream with its breakfast bar, lots of cupboards and the large butlers pantry with wine fridge and additional sink and dish drawer. Someone who enjoys cooking the owner has ensured it is stocked with good quality appliances and equipment.

Outdoor areas consist of the spa area, outdoor wood fire and separate area with dining table. There is also the putting green at the front of the house which I am sure will provide lots of entertainment for everyone.

There are 4 bedrooms on the lower level and 1 upstairs above the garage.
Bedroom 1 – The Master bedroom has views to the Remarkables and a large opulent ensuite.
Bedroom 2 – has a Queen bed
Bedroom 3 – has a Queen bed
Bedroom 4 – has 2 single beds (they cannot be joined together)
Bedroom 5 (upstairs) can be setup as either 1 king or 2 singles (please let us know when booking how you would like this room setup)

There are 3 bathrooms and a separate toilet.
Bedroom 1 – has an ensuite with toilet, basins, shower and bath
Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 – share a bathroom with shower and basin only
Bedroom 5 – has a small ensuite with shower, basin and toilet

The laundry is located in the double garage and we additional onsite & offsite parking available.

** Transit **

We recommend you have a vehicle for ease of getting around. There are buses that leave Jacks Point hourly but only on the main circuit not the side streets.
We are approx 10 minutes from the airport and the Frankton shopping district.
Less than 5 minutes to the bottom carpark to The Remarkables Ski field
and only 20 minutes into downtown Queenstown

** Notes **

The upstairs bedroom and bathroom have steep stairs to get to them – care must be taken.
We do not have a stair gate.
The property is not fenced.
A cot and highchair can be hired from The Butler – please enquire.
This is not a party house.
Outdoor areas not to be used after 10pm or before 7am per council requirements.

** House Rules **

No Parties, smoking or vaping at the property. No use of outdoor area between 10pm and 7am

Must be 25+ to book. Person booking must stay. House must be left tidy with dishes done.

No drones allowed. No skis or snowboards to be brought into the house and no waxing of boards in the house (garage is ok
