This three bedroom property is perfect for the family with a large well manicured fenced yard and only 850m walk to Fly Point Beach, Nelson Bay CBD and Marina.
This property has three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. The main bedroom has a queen bed with private balcony, walk-in-robe to an ensuite with a walk-in shower and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third with two singles. Both of these rooms have built-in-robes.The fully equipped kitchen, living and dining are also located upstairs walking out onto the large balcony with an outdoor setting looking out to the Tomaree Heads.
Downstairs there is a self contained flat that has one set of bunks,two singles, small living area, a kitchenette and a separate shower/toilet, a little kids retreat.The laundry is also downstairs off the drive-through single garage. The property also has two off street covered parking spaces.
There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.
