The property boasts undercover verandahs at both front and rear, offering protected outdoor enjoyment regardless of weather, plus a private, fully-fenced backyard that provides a secure space for children and pets to play.
**Living:**
The spacious open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining area flows seamlessly onto the separate outdoor dining and BBQ patio at the rear, complemented by another outdoor lounge space – ideal for enjoying afternoon cocktails. Connect your device to the integrated sound system, slip off your thongs and unwind in absolute bliss!
**Bedding:**
The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and private ensuite with a generous shower. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom contains a double bunk on the bottom with a single bunk positioned above.
**Bathrooms:**
The main bathroom includes both bath and shower facilities, finished with therapeutic pebble tiles underfoot. Cotton linen and towels are provided, along with extra-large beach towels and Sanctum body products. For added convenience, a private outdoor shower is situated at the rear of the house – perfect after refreshing beach swims.
**Parking:**
Undercover parking is available for one vehicle, with ample additional off-street space for any extra cars in your party.
**Extra Features:**
While Mi Casa is not specifically designed for disabled access, it is wheelchair-friendly with accessibility ramps at the front and living across one level.

A group of friends and I came to Byron for a friend’s wedding. We had the most amazing time and MiCasa was perfect! Great location, clean and tidy, we will definitely be back.

Thank you Angela. Everything was excellent, especially as my daughter had ordered food from Woolworths at Byron Bay to be delivered to the house after 10/30am on our arrival date. Unfortunately, the delivery boy left it a lot earlier, but the lovely lady who cleans opened up the house and put all the groceries away in fridge and cupboard. A wonderful gesture. The houses were clean, lots of cutlery, kitchen bits and pieces. I would certainly recommend your company to other people. It was wonderful having the two houses so close for all the family. The fact there was linen provided and no cleaning charge was an extra bonus. We did try not to leave too much of a mess. The b-b-q was excellent to cook on, according to my s.i.l and being portable, could move it around to various parts of the outside area. Thank you again. I am sure we will be coming back to you again as a family. It was so great to be within walking distance of the town, beach and pubs. Joan Collins.
