This property is completely brand new, directly across from the beach and very well equipped.

Soak up the beach views at the front of the house which flow through to the main living area so you can enjoy the scenery indoors, too.

This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house is perfect for family groups or couples on a fun coastal getaway. You can even bring your small well behaved pet!(please advise if you are).

*Living and Entertainment Space*
There is plenty of space for comfort with 2 living areas – the media room can be used as a fourth bedroom if required. Ducted air-conditioning means you can cool down in summer and also stay toasty warm in the cooler months.

You’ll stay well-entertained on your holiday with a Smart TV with soundbar, plus WiFi included. There are also board games for some more traditional family fun.

Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen including dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, full size fridge/freezer and coffee machine. To ensure you really feel right at home, there is also a sandwich press, toaster, kettle, basic pantry items and all your cookware needs. The breakfast bar provides a great space to hang around, chat and snack while meals are being prepared.

The fantastic alfresco area with BBQ and outdoor dining is connected to the lounge/dining room and kitchen. Both the front and back decks have comfy seating, the front deck has views out to the Bay. The backyard is fully fenced for your children or pet and provides a great space to relax in the fresh ocean air.

*Location*
Tranquil Nelsons Beach is directly just across the road and offers stunning white sand and gentle waves that are perfect for playing in the surf. Dogs are allowed off-leash between 4pm and 8am. There is a great children’s playground nearby with BBQ facilities, tables and grassed area for you to enjoy a picnic lunch.

There are lovely bush walks nearby with trails leading to the beaches dotted along this gorgeous stretch of coastline – perfect for a quick cool off after working up a sweat.

Head out for a peaceful holiday run, walk or cycle on the path across the road. The White Sands Walk follows the coast all the way from Vincentia to Huskisson and offers over 7km of spectacular scenery…

A three-in-one piece of Byron Bay bliss

Wanting to escape the busy streets and bars of Byron Bay, we head to this beautiful holiday home just five minutes drive from the centre of town. Immediately the vibe changes; especially when we hear the breaking of the waves and the quiet laughter of caf goers nearby. The whole property consists of three separate properties that can be booked as a whole: the garden villa, the studio and penthouse (where we are staying). The surrounding gardens feel Bali-inspired. There are birds singing, the palm trees that offer shade to the large balcony, lizards sunning themselves on the stairs and the sound of the wind through the foilage. Its so relaxing. Inside, its cosy despite the fact the villa sleeps six, and the biggest couch I have ever seen borders the living room. Upstairs the master bedroom quickly becomes my favourite room. It feels like a luxury tree house, with views across the tree tops, a huge comfy bed and a beautiful bathroom. Before I venture out to the nearby Belongil Beach (an extension of Byrons Main Beach) , I cool down in the private plunge pool. With wet hair and a relaxed smile, I grab a smoothie from the local caf, the wonderful Treehouse on Belongil, and stroll to the beach. Its less crowded, with inviting waves and lots of birdlife. And the best part? Its only 100 metres back to my own private pool and personal treehouse.

Great place for a weekend away, the apartment had everything we needed for two couples and was in the best location. Only negative was the parking, don’t even bother trying to get your car in there, you will need to park in the street.
