The Location – This fantastic family holiday house is situated in the peaceful suburb of Boat Harbour, rich in natural beauty, rocky headlands and secluded beaches. There are fantastic views from the house looking out to the National Park and ocean. Take a walk down to the Boat Harbour rocks which is one of the best places to view passing whales during May and November. The popular and beautiful One Mile Beach (patrolled) is only 1km away or less if you take the bush track across the road from the house. Boat Harbour beach is also only 1km away and has calmer waters. The closest shops are at Anna Bay which is 2.5km from the house, here you will find an IGA, bakery, butchers, News agents, take-away’s etc. Nelson Bay CBD is 8km away.
The House – This stunning and immaculately presented family home offers a versatile floor plan, light filled interiors, neutral colour palette and an abundance of character and warmth. Set over two levels, featuring multiple living, kitchen, dining and alfresco areas. The upper level boasts a lovely open plan air conditioned living, dining and kitchenette which encompasses the expansive wrap around undercover balcony fitted with furnishings and offering amazing ocean views and breezes. Entertaining is made easy as the living area is fitted with a mounted projector and drop down TV screen to watch all your favourite movies and sport. The upper level also features two bedrooms, the huge master suite comes complete with a king size bed, walk in robe, open spa bath in the bedroom with a separate ensuite including a shower. The other bedroom offers a queen size bed and built in robes which is adjacent to the upper level bathroom complete with shower, vanity and toilet.
The lower level boasts the main air conditioned open plan living (with TV), kitchen and dining area. There is access to another covered balcony which seamlessly merge the living and outdoor areas for optimum entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen comprises of a wrap around bench top and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and a Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine (however, guests need to bring their own Nescafe pods). There are four bedrooms on the lower level, the largest room offers beautiful bay windows with a king size bed, walk-in robe and ensuite with shower. Two other rooms offer queen size beds and built in robes, with one of the rooms fitted with a wall mounted TV and the sixth bedroom is fitted with two king single beds and built-in robes. There is also a spacious central three-way bathroom complete with a standard size bath, separate shower, vanity and toilet.
Other features to this fantastic family home includes Wi-Fi, an internal laundry with a washing machine, and a small rear courtyard. There is four off street parking spaces (sorry but garage is not for guest use), the driveway in front of garage to the left of the house and a carport and driveway to the right of the house with room to park a boat too.
Please note: This property is suitable for two families or an extended family as it is located in a family orientated beachside suburb. This property has a strict no schoolies, no gatherings or Party Policy.

Enjoyed the stay and had fun… Great location with spectacular views of the ocean and nature. Big house and enough space for everyone and with all amenities.
