The views from this property are spectacular. Located in the prestigious Queenstown suburb Aspen Grove this property is only minutes to downtown Queenstown and all the restaurants, bars, shops and adventure activities.
It is approximately 20 minutes from the Queenstown Airport (ZQN)

** Access **

Guests have full access to the house excluding the wine cellar.

** Space **

Generously proportioned and split over three levels this beautiful home offers four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a fully equipped designer chefs kitchen, media room and additional living area with kitchenette. Central underfloor heating throughout the home provides a warm a cosy house in winter The feature gas fires both indoor and out provide that extra ambience .

The heart of the home is an expansive living and dining area where the designer kitchen allows for effortless entertaining. This opulent space opens out to a large balcony with views you won’t believe. The outdoor courtyard with gas fire is a great place to relax with a coffee in the morning or a wine in the evening.

Another great feature of the house is the downstairs studio which includes 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchenette and separate entrance if required – perfect if you have two families staying or perhaps teenage children.

The house can sleep up to 10 people with the addition of 2 rollaways.

There is the option of hiring a portable spa during your stay – please enquire. The portable spa would be setup in the courtyard not on the balcony.

We would recommend having a vehicle during your stay.
There is a bus stop within walking distance from the house up on Fernhill road.
Local taxi’s all service this area.

** Notes **

This house has stairs on multiple levels so not suitable for anyone with limited mobility.
We welcome families but please watch your small children on the stairs
Portacot + Highchair available on request.
IMPORTANT – the sofa bed in the downstairs lounge is not available for guests use.

** House Rules **

No loud parties – please be respectful of our neighbours and keep noise levels to a minimum. – No Smoking – The house is to be left tidy with dishes done, rubbish in the big bins provided and all windows and doors locked. . Refer to the in-house compendium for more details.
Balcony not to be used between 10pm and 7am

Rubbish bins must be put out on Thursday night for Friday morning collection

The downstairs sofabed is NOT for guests use.
