This beautiful home is situated in a private and relaxed setting only 6.4km from downtown Queenstown and minutes from the closest ski areas (Coronet Peak). You will love it!
The water at the house is NOT currently affected by Queenstown’s Boil water policy as on a separate water system.

** Neighborhood **

Set in the beautiful mountains of Queenstown this very relaxed and tranquil alpine setting is only minutes from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown. Very close to Coronet Peak Ski Resort with great views of Coronet Peak from the house.

** Access **

All areas of the house are accessible except the owner has three sets of locked cupboards. Please respect owners locked areas.
The Sofabed in Bedroom 4 is not for guest use.

** Space **

The house has an outdoor spa pool which is the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes or exploring the surrounding vineyards, art galleries and local attractions.

Relax, and unwind in this gorgeous alpine home situated in a stunning mountain vista only minutes from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown. Take in views of Coronet Peak while enjoying the outdoor area after a fun filled day on the mountains. Walk down to the Shotover Jet to experience one of the most famous jet boat rides in the world or go to the Olsen Hot Pools or just stay and home and relax in the outdoor spa. You may wish to just grab a book and a glass of wine and sit down to take in the experience that is Queenstown. Just being there!!

The owners have also added games, books & Playstation 4 to keep the kids (big and small) happy.
The large garage is heated and it doubles as a drying room. It is well equipped to dry all ski gear after a fun day on the slopes.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 can be either a king bed or split into 2 king singles giving you lots of flexibility with regards to bedding,
Bedrooms 2 & 4 share a bathroom which is located at the base of the stairs to the loft for easy access.
Please let us know at time of booking how you would like these rooms setup.

There is also a separate powder room so the kids don’t need to fight over the toilet.

NOTE: We have updated our dining table & buffet since these photos were taken.

Parking Space: 1 in the garage + 2 on driveway

** Transit **

We will send you a link with detailed directions 5 -10 days prior to your arrival. If you have booked via Airbnb check your inbox otherwise it will have been sent via email. Make sure you click on the link.

We would recommend hiring a car but the Atley Downs bus stop is only 100m walk from house. Taxis cost around $20 to town. You can also book the nzski bus to pick you up and take you up Coronet Peak from the bus stop.

** Notes **

We use professional cleaners and hired linen to ensure our home is cleaned to the highest standards.
The sofa bed in Bedroom 4 – is NOT for guest use.

** House Rules **

Our ‘House Rules’: There are to be No Loud Parties. On departure you are to leave the house locked up/appliances & lighting turned off, BBQ clean (if used) and the house tidy with dishes done and rubbish put in the big bins provided – our cleaners will take care of the rest. Please be respectful to our neighbours. No glassware in the spa pool. There are some very good plastic glasses that can be used in the spa area.

It is a council requirement that you do not use the outdoor areas between the hours of 10pm and 7am.

Guests are asked not use the Sofa Bed in Bedroom 4
