Guest Access & Extra Guests
To help us look after the property and our neighbours, we kindly ask that only registered guests stay at the home. If you’re planning to have visitors or additional guests, please let us know in advance so we can confirm approval. Visitors may be welcome for short periods with written consent. Additional fees may apply if unapproved guests are present. Further actions may be taken if unapproved guests are found on property during your booking.
How We Price: The booking price is based on a minimum number of guests. Any guests above this number are chargeable on a per person/per night rate. The system will automatically calculate the correct rate when you enter the required number of guests. Reductions in guest numbers are non-refundable.
Arrival Details: Access to the property is made easy for you. We will send you an access code just before 2 pm on your arrival day via SMS and you will use this code for the duration of your stay.
Linen: 1 set of full bed linens and 1 bath towel per person are supplied. Guests may wish to bring extra towels depending on the length of their stay.
Pool/Lake/Beach towels are BYO.
Cameras & Noise Monitoring
For the safety of our guests, the property, and the surrounding community, external security cameras may be installed at this property. These cameras are positioned only in external access areas (such as entry points) and are used solely for security and neighbourhood impact monitoring. All cameras are installed and operated in accordance with local regulations. Additional external cameras may be installed by the owner from time to time if required.
Guest Registration / ID Check: Weekenda requires every guest to complete and sign an electronic guest registration prior to arrival which will ask for a photo ID i.e. a copy of your driver’s Licence or Passport. The primary booker will also be required to complete a list with the guest’s names and actual mobile numbers. In the event we are unable to reach the primary booker, it is very important we can get a hold of other guests. These documents will be deleted after your departure. Access Codes are only released to Registered and Verified Guests.
This property is managed by Weekenda, a licensed real estate. Weekenda staff are available 7 days a week to assist from your initial inquiry through to your departure and everything in between.
