Seaside Beach House is set high on the head land, this beach house is loaded with character and offers beautiful ocean views from the large open plan living areas and the front deck. Full length windows to capture the spectacular views of Burrill Beach and the lake’s entrance at Dolphin Point. Just metres to the sand and water’s edge from the doorstep.

Plenty of room for all to spread out and have time to themselves to relax, featuring 2 living areas and front and back decks.

The downstairs lounge area has a second bathroom and 2 bedrooms for families or friends not having to fight over the bathroom. Also, a second fridge is located in the laundry.

A short walk down to the local shops, cafe and bottle shop. Just across the bridge is The Fish Shop (the local’s favourite), Burrill Lake Cellars and the newly opened Lagom Bakery. This property is also only a 5 minute drive to the township of Ulladulla and 10 minutes to Mollymook Beach.

So bring the boat, fishing gear, surf boards and jet ski for your summer escape.

– Strictly no schoolies, bucks or hens parties these type of bookings will be cancelled
– Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under Terms & Conditions.

The house and location, Dolphin Point Seaside Beach House, were perfect for our sibling reunion. The views of the ocean were magnificent and the house was comfortable and spacious. Strolled along the beach and watched the sunrise. So relaxing. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

A three-in-one piece of Byron Bay bliss

Wanting to escape the busy streets and bars of Byron Bay, we head to this beautiful holiday home just five minutes drive from the centre of town. Immediately the vibe changes; especially when we hear the breaking of the waves and the quiet laughter of caf goers nearby. The whole property consists of three separate properties that can be booked as a whole: the garden villa, the studio and penthouse (where we are staying). The surrounding gardens feel Bali-inspired. There are birds singing, the palm trees that offer shade to the large balcony, lizards sunning themselves on the stairs and the sound of the wind through the foilage. Its so relaxing. Inside, its cosy despite the fact the villa sleeps six, and the biggest couch I have ever seen borders the living room. Upstairs the master bedroom quickly becomes my favourite room. It feels like a luxury tree house, with views across the tree tops, a huge comfy bed and a beautiful bathroom. Before I venture out to the nearby Belongil Beach (an extension of Byrons Main Beach) , I cool down in the private plunge pool. With wet hair and a relaxed smile, I grab a smoothie from the local caf, the wonderful Treehouse on Belongil, and stroll to the beach. Its less crowded, with inviting waves and lots of birdlife. And the best part? Its only 100 metres back to my own private pool and personal treehouse.

Great place for a weekend away, the apartment had everything we needed for two couples and was in the best location. Only negative was the parking, don’t even bother trying to get your car in there, you will need to park in the street.
