The Location – Shoal Bay Beach Apartments are just 200 metres from the Western end of popular Shoal Bay Beach and also has a pool in the complex. Only one kilometre to Shoal Bay’s cafes, restaurants and boutique shops or two kilometres to Nelson Bay for more shops, supermarket, cafes, restaurants and the marina. The ideal base!

The Apartment – Apartment 17 is on the second floor and overlooks a bush land reserve. There is a large balcony with a gas BBQ, perfect for outdoor dining, leading into open plan and air conditioned living with a sofa bed, flat screen TV and DVD player, dining area and a full kitchen with cook top, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The main bedroom has a king bed and balcony access, the second bedroom has a tri bunk bed (double on the bottom and single on top) and there is one bathroom with a shower, plus an internal laundry with a washer and dryer. Off street parking for one car with lift access to the apartment.

There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

Linen and bath towels are provided. The beds will be made ready for your arrival (except for the pull-out sofa).
