Living, Dining & Cooking:
You’ll find two spacious living areas, a well-equipped kitchen, a balcony, and a ground-level courtyard perfect for outdoor entertaining. The dining space can accommodate six people. There is ducted cooling in the dining and living rooms, along with a gas fireplace in the upstairs living room. The downstairs living room has split-system heating and cooling, and each bedroom has its own split-system unit with heating and cooling.

Sleeping:
This magnificent residence offers all the modern amenities one would need to enjoy their time in Melbourne. The main bedroom on the first floor has a king-split bed, BIRs, WIR, and a stunning ensuite.

On the second level, the second bedroom features a queen bed and BIRs, while the third bedroom also offers a queen-sized bed and BIRs.

Two bathrooms make mornings hassle-free.There are separate toilets on each level for added convenience.

Parking comprises remote garage parking for two cars.

Lift:
The lift is locked off and not available. The lift can only be used with permission, and we require an upfront deposit to cover any call-out fee if the lift breaks down through misuse. If the lift is required, please discuss with our reservations team on 1300 018 018.

Intercom:
The front intercom works as a doorbell only. There is no video/picture.
