The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals, which can be enjoyed in the dining area or carried through to the comfortable lounge space—ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun. Large windows invite in natural light and cooling sea breezes, while air conditioning and ceiling fans ensure year-round comfort. Step outside onto the private balcony with BBQ to take in refreshing coastal air and subtle water glimpses, creating the perfect spot for a morning coffee or evening drink.

Beyond the apartment, you’ll find yourself just moments from the sandy shoreline, making beach walks, swimming, and relaxing by the water effortless. You have access to the communal in-ground swimming pool and the handy outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing sand off after a day at the beach. There is also a single carport, and the complex is fully fenced with an electric code for entry.
