The Location – This modern apartment is located in ‘The Shoal’. Situated one street back from popular Shoal Bay Beach and close to many cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. Shoal Bay beach is a good for swimming and you can hire kayaks and paddle boards in the high season of school holidays and at Easter. There are many cycle tracks leading to either Nelson Bay (3km’s away) and to Fingal Bay (4km’s away).There are also a selection of walking tracks in the Tomaree National Park and to the summit of Tomaree Mountain which offers spectacular views over Port Stephens and the Bay.
The Apartment – The apartment is well equipped and furnished in a nautical style. Entering the apartment your eye takes you to the end of the apartment where the glass sliding doors frame the bay water views. The open plan living area with floating floor boards includes a modern fully equipped kitchen with an island bench, a large double door fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and oven. Beyond the kitchen is a dining area, and then the living area is fitted with a corner lounge and large flat screen TV. The apartment offers ducted air conditioning and wifi. Leading from the lounge area is the balcony with a table and chairs for you to enjoy an alfresco meal while taking in the breathtaking views.
There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and a trundle bed underneath and an ensuite. The other bedroom offers two single beds. The main bathroom offers a modern shower, vanity and toilet and the internal laundry provides a washing machine and dryer.
There is secure parking for one car and lift access up to the apartment. There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.
Please note: Linen and bed makes are provided at this property but guest will need to bring sheets and towels for the trundle and sofa bed or you may hire linen from us.
Please note that there are security cameras installed in the common areas of The Shoal. There are no cameras in individual apartments.
