The Location – This modern apartment is located in ‘The Shoal’, situated one street back from popular Shoal Bay Beach and to many cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. Shoal Bay beach is a lovely pristine beach good for swimming and you can hire kayaks and paddle boards in the high season school holidays and at Easter. There are many cycle tracks leading to either Nelson Bay (3km’s away) and to Fingal Bay (4km’s away) Bike hire is available in Shoal Bay. There are also a selection of beautiful walking tracks in the Tomaree National Park and to the summit of Tomaree Mountain which offers spectacular views over Port Stephens. and the Bay
The Apartment – This beautiful two bedroom apartment is located in The Shoal. Open plan living and dining with flat screen TV and six seat dining table. Modern, well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. The apartment features free Wifi, reverse cycle air conditioning, a balcony with a gas BBQ Relax and enjoy the beautiful water views on offer.
The main bedroom has a queen bed including an air conditioner and the second bedroom has a set of single bunk beds, a trundle and an air conditioner. There are two bathrooms including an ensuite off the main bedroom. The internal laundry features a washing machine and dryer. and is a secure building with lift access. There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

Please note this property included towel and sheets, however you will need to bring your beach towels. The beds will be made ready for arrival except for the bunk beds.
Please note that there are security cameras installed in the common areas of The Shoal. There are no cameras in individual apartments.
