Relax on your coastal break at beautiful Xanadu, which has the fantastic facilities and features of a brand new holiday house complemented by character and comfort to ensure you truly feel like you’re in your home away from home.

In this prime location, it’s also an easy walk to the beach, town and bowling club.

Living and entertainment spaces
The house is beautifully fitted throughout with custom wood elements and stylish, earthy tones and textures that create a warm, welcoming ambiance.

The living area has spacious, open plan layout with plush couches and a flat screen TV in the lounge area, plus a rustic farmyard-style 6-seater dining table, and a central wood fire to heat the room.

The stunning kitchen is well set up with a dishwasher, 5-burner oven, microwave and fridge/freezer, plus all the extras you need to create a gourmet meal for the family – or some easy snacks!

Outdoors is a backyard oasis. The deck has a fantastic lounge sitting area and a BBQ and there is a separate paved firepit zone, all lined with twinkling string lights. Lush, tall greenery lines the grassed yard, providing both tranquility and privacy.

There is also plenty of fun to be had over the ping pong table in garage.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
There are 3 bedrooms, all with ceiling fans and either built-in or walk-in robes.
Bedroom 1 – King bed, ceiling fan, walk-in robe, private balcony and ensuite with shower and toilet.
Bedroom 2 – Queen bed and built-in robe
Bedroom 3 – 2 Single beds (can be joined to make a king bed by request) and built-in robe

Main bathroom – Bathtub/shower combination and toilet.

Location
This prime location is just 1km to beautiful Mollymook Beach when walking by road, and and close to town for shops and restaurants. Mollymook Bowling Club is only 100m from your door and the perfect venue for a relaxed dinner and stroll home.

Historic Milton is 3.5km away and Ulludulla with its lovely harbour is 5km – both areas offer wonderful options for exploring the local region and all it has to offer.

A three-in-one piece of Byron Bay bliss

Wanting to escape the busy streets and bars of Byron Bay, we head to this beautiful holiday home just five minutes drive from the centre of town. Immediately the vibe changes; especially when we hear the breaking of the waves and the quiet laughter of caf goers nearby. The whole property consists of three separate properties that can be booked as a whole: the garden villa, the studio and penthouse (where we are staying). The surrounding gardens feel Bali-inspired. There are birds singing, the palm trees that offer shade to the large balcony, lizards sunning themselves on the stairs and the sound of the wind through the foilage. Its so relaxing. Inside, its cosy despite the fact the villa sleeps six, and the biggest couch I have ever seen borders the living room. Upstairs the master bedroom quickly becomes my favourite room. It feels like a luxury tree house, with views across the tree tops, a huge comfy bed and a beautiful bathroom. Before I venture out to the nearby Belongil Beach (an extension of Byrons Main Beach) , I cool down in the private plunge pool. With wet hair and a relaxed smile, I grab a smoothie from the local caf, the wonderful Treehouse on Belongil, and stroll to the beach. Its less crowded, with inviting waves and lots of birdlife. And the best part? Its only 100 metres back to my own private pool and personal treehouse.

Great place for a weekend away, the apartment had everything we needed for two couples and was in the best location. Only negative was the parking, don’t even bother trying to get your car in there, you will need to park in the street.
